YpsilantiMarch 5, 2019 – This spring, Beal Family of Beal Properties will be hosting a bowling tournament to support the charity Mentor2Youth. The charity bowling tournament will occur Saturday April 20th 6:00-8:30pm with check-in starting at 6pm to be held at Revel & Roll in Ann Arbor. Stewart’s goal is to raise funds and awareness for Mentor2Youth within the community as they are working towards expanding their Future Leaders programs across Washtenaw County to serve 100 youth in 2018.

Stewart, Owner of Beal Properties shared, “Mentor2Youth is an important organization in Washtenaw County and I am thankful we are able to support the upcoming charity bowling tournament.” Emmanuel, Founder of Mentor2Youth shared his praise for Beal Properties, “We are blessed to have a community partner like Stewart who understands that the future of Washtenaw County lies with our youth and that we must invest in them if we want this community to prosper. Our families, staff and volunteers are appreciated of the Beal Family for hosting what we know will be an amazing event. We need more business owners like him here in the Greater Ann Arbor area.”

Future Leaders is a school-to-career pathway program through Mentor2Youth catered towards children grades 1-8th. More than 245 youth have participated in this program since 2012. It offers afterschool activities throughout the week during the school year and summer period providing reading and math tutoring, college/career exploration workshops focused on STEM, financial literacy, health and wellness, business, and educational mentoring sessions. These workshops are supplemented through local fieldtrips and service projects led by youth.

Tickets are $25/person (2 bowling games, shoe rental, food and beverage). Raffle prizes will be auctioned. Group and company sponsorships are available for $500 or more.
